The free website plan
The website plan (our audit of your site) is free and comes with no obligation in either direction. It reflects what publicly available tools found on your site on the day we ran them. It is a professional opinion, not a guarantee, and it does not constitute legal, medical or regulatory advice about your clinic.
The six common leaks
The six common leaks teardown describes patterns common across clinic sites. It does not depict or critique any real clinic, and nothing on it is an offer of medical treatment.
What an engagement commits to
We commit to the work, the schedule and the reporting set out in your agreement. We do not guarantee search rankings, advertising costs, enquiry volumes or patient numbers, because none of those are ours to guarantee. Any agency that does guarantee them is describing something it cannot control.
Ownership
Accounts, websites, content and creative produced for a client belong to that client, whether or not the engagement continues.
Exclusivity
We work with one fertility clinic per area. That commitment holds for the duration of an engagement and is stated in the agreement, not only here.
